How does it work

  • Note: Usually we will response in a minutes. but if you do not receive a response within 3 hours after submitting, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp for urgent matters.

Booking Confirmation

  • After we receive your travel details, we will issue a taxi booking confirmation document for you to review and confirm the accuracy or make any corrections.
  • This includes details such as name, number of passengers, contact information, date, time, pick-up and drop-off points, type of vehicle, and payment method.
  • We will notify you of the vehicle details, license plate number, and driver's name one day in advance, or provide contact information for the driver (in urgent cases).

Safe and Comfortable Trip

  • On the scheduled pick-up date and time, we will notify you via a quick contact such as WhatsApp, Line, or others, with a photo of the vehicle ready at the pick-up location 20-30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Once you have boarded the vehicle, the driver will take a photo and send it to the office to confirm that you have been picked up and are ready to depart,
  • And another photo will be taken and sent to the office to confirm that you have been dropped off at your destination.
  • We care for and look after you throughout your journey.
